You know those comforting-yet-mildly-creepy female voices that you hear when going through a help tutorial for some new software program? Well, I've joined their ranks!

In addition to winning the "Prairie Spirit" Award in the 2011 Fargo Film Festival, "The Lutefisk Wars" is also an Official Selection of the Sonoma International Film Festival (April 6-10) and the 30th Minneapolis-St. Paul International Film Festival (April 14-May 5th).

This short film, written and directed by yours truly and Richard Kuhlman, has finally completed post-production, thanks in no small part to James Roddy (Final Cut Pro expert). It's a very funny "mocumentary" in the Ken Burns-style of documentary filmmaking, centering on one of our most controversial presidents, James Buchanan.
